Pieces that are part of an exhibition can only be shipped/picked up after it ends.

If you are local, you are welcome to pick up your piece in person at an arranged pick up time.

Shipping costs are not included in the price. If you would like your piece shipped, please contact us for a quote before purchase.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Delays due to customs sometimes occur and, although we do our best to provide accurate information, we are not responsible for them.

Items in stock ship within a week, unless they are a one-of-a-kind piece currently exhibited. Those will be available at the end of the exhibition they are a part of.

If you purchase multiple products, all items will ship together according to the later lead time. You may email us at contact@augustagallery.be to request multiple shipments.

Items ordered online currently only ship to Belgium. Please email contact@augustagallery.be to enquire about shipping elsewhere.

Belgian orders ship through DPD.

Note: shipping fees are non refundable.

Due to the nature of the materials and techniques we exhibit, each product is unique and can be slightly different in texture and feel.

ONLINE PURCHASES

You should be truly satisfied with your purchase!

If you are not:

1. Please contact us by writing to contact@augustagallery.be within 14 days of reception, stating the reason for the return and joining a picture of any defect if that is the reason for return.

2. We will send you a return label, please make sure you ship everything back within 30 days of reception, in the original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for any loss in value.

3. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund within 4 weeks. Shipping costs both ways will be deducted from your refund, unless the goods arrived damaged or broken.

Please note: Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Augusta will replace or repair any defects in material or workmanship under normal use free of charge (shipping excluded), for a period of two years.

After that period, or for damages caused by the buyer, we can accommodate repairs at the buyer's cost.

All transfers conducted through www.augustagallery.be are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
